Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ooportunity, a service provided by Magic Content Agency (“we” or “us”). To use the service, you need to accept them.

What Ooportunity is

A tool for content creators: you connect your social networks, upload your finished videos, and the system transcribes them, writes the caption and publishes them on the date you choose.

How you get access

Access is by invitation only. There's no open sign-up: our team creates your account and you receive a link to set your own password. We never know it.

You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for anything that happens through your account. If you suspect someone else has logged in, let us know and we'll close all open sessions.

Your content is yours

The videos you upload remain yours. You authorize us only to do what's needed to provide the service: store them temporarily, process them and publish them on the networks you choose. We don't use them for anything else, we don't share them with third parties, and we don't publish them anywhere you haven't chosen.

By uploading a video, you confirm that you have the right to publish it, including the music and any third-party material it contains.

Your photos and artificial intelligence

If you send us photos of you for your covers, we use them only to create the covers for your videos. To do this, they're sent to an external artificial intelligence provider, Gemini, by Google, which uses them to generate images that show you.

A member of our team reviews every photo before it's used. When we receive them, we remove the location and the other data your phone stores. Photos we can't use are deleted right away; the ones we can use are kept while you have your account and deleted when you close it. You can ask us to stop using them at any time.

What we expect from you

• Don't upload content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights.
• Don't use the service to impersonate anyone else.
• Don't try to access other users' data or parts of the system that aren't meant for you.

If any of this is breached, we may suspend the account. Except in serious or urgent cases, we'll let you know first.

What you can expect from us

We take reasonable measures to keep the service running, but it depends on platforms we don't control: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Metricool. If one of them changes its terms, fails or rejects a post, a video may not go out at the scheduled time. We'll show you this in your dashboard with the reason, but we can't guarantee publication.

Nor do we guarantee any specific results in reach, followers or income.

How long we keep videos

The original file isn't kept indefinitely: it's deleted from our servers some time after it's published. Keep your own copy of everything you upload. The record of the post, its caption and the link to the network do remain in your history.

How to close your account and delete your data

You can close your account whenever you want, without giving a reason and without any penalty.

To request it, email hola@ooportunity.com from the address you use to log in to Ooportunity, saying that you want to delete your account. We'll verify that the request comes from you and process it within 30 days at most.

When you close your account:

• Your social networks are disconnected from our system. We no longer have access to them and will never publish anything on your behalf again.
• Your account data, pending videos, transcripts, captions and analytics are deleted.
• What's already published on your networks isn't deleted, because it's in your own accounts and you've withdrawn our access. You can delete it yourself on each platform.
• Minimal records may be kept if a legal obligation requires it; in that case, they're kept only for as long as strictly necessary.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything significant, we'll let you know before it takes effect and ask you to accept the new version the next time you log in. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
